Reason for leaving current guild: Lots of people who are stopping with raiding and getting new core people in our team is hard so i dont see a future. My raiding needs aren't met.
Describe your 40/25/10-man raid experience: Currently i farm SOO normal on my tank monk 14/14 exp and during previous patch i healed ToT normal 12/12.
Tell us a bit about yourself: I like raiding because of the challenge, i'm getting bored with flex and normal so i want to go heroic. I'm motivated, i read up tacs and i'm dedicated.
I started playing wow as a pvper and i was the highest ranked shammy for a couple of seasons at rating 2.8k+. Then i started raiding on the side like karazhan ( was raidleader sometimes and cleared the karazhan) and i enjoyed it. Lateron my pvp went down and i became a full pver. After a break of couple of years to get my engineering degree i came back and started raiding again, clearing ToT and SOO.
I've always played ele/resto shaman since vanilla days so i know my class. I keep up with the forums for latest tips/talents and rotations and i use simcraft to get the maximum out of my gear.
What kind of attendance are you able to keep in a 30-day period? 100%

Other: I prefer not to raid on Friday and Saturday

For some applications, a screenshot of a damage/healing meter from raid content (or a WoL parse) will greatly improve your chances.
